All models of the Xbox 360 are dropping in price in Europe, after a similar drop in the US.. the new Elite model will be £299 now when it comes out here on Friday (confirmed by Game)
Its a swift kick in the nads for Sony, who really need to get some PS3 momentum going.

Yep can only see this helping the xbox sales with Hale 3 nearing release!
I think the worst thing for sony is that i think that MS will release a new xbox in 3 years or so. I don't think Sony can afford to release a PS4 that early... Maybe in 10 years...

I'm seriously considering getting an Elite as soon as they release the cooler running, quieter version.
I just want the bigger hard drive to be honest. Good move by MS, but it won't tempt me to invest in an elite
No, price is very good but i wont be upgrading, i think with the advent of PlayTV for the PS3.. the money will go into a larger sata hard drive for my PS3 instead.
Kudos to Sony for taking a standard drive over MS' caddy approach.
