Spider-Man 3 Slated

Gamespot review
IGN Review

Damn shame, I have been really looking forward to this. Loved the previous versions and was really expecting something special for the 360 version.
I'll probably get it anyway if only for the points. Need to overtake Kelvin again!

6.0 Presentation
It's easy to get wrapped up in the Spider-Man vibe of the game with its slick menus and minimal loading, but the pop-in, chugging framerate and the lack of a camera-centering button is inexcusable.
7.0 Graphics
At first glance, Manhattan looks pretty, but it's just a new coat of paint on the Spider-Man 2 set. The framerate is smoother than on PS3, but things are still unspectacular.
5.5 Sound
Voice work from Bruce Campbell, Tobey Maguire and J.K. Simmons add a nice layer, but New York is dead. Where are the car horns, cursing bag ladies and cat calls?
5.5 Gameplay
The meat of the game is its missions, and they're beyond boring and frustrating. Swinging is fun and the random crimes are interesting, but combat is mindless button-mashing.
7.5 Lasting Appeal
With 42 missions, a handful of races to compete in, hidden tokens to find and the Crime Fighting Index packed into the game, there's a lot to keep you in tights.
6.0
Passable

The film is hot garbage as well and I'm a big comic book nerd. I was well disappointed :(

Don't tell me that! 1 & 2 were great! How could they fail?
You mean they have panned the movie and the game! Apparently there are another 3 to come! Lets hope it's just a blip.
